Ingredients for Japanese Potato Salad:
- 250 g Potato.
- 15 g Onion.
- 1/4 Carrot, thinly sliced and boil.
- 1/4 Cucumber, thinly sliced.
- 2 Slices Ham, cut into small square pieces.
- 50 g Mayonnaise.
- 1/2 tsp Sugar.
- 1/4 tsp Salt.
- 2 Dashes Black Pepper.
Step by step how to cook Japanese Potato Salad:
- Boil potatoes with skin until cooked.
- Mix Mayo with sugar and black pepper and set aside.
- Peel hot potato using towel,break with spatula and add salt and onions while hot, mix well and let it cool.
- Then mix with cucumber, ham, carrot, mayo..
