- 1 Cup Maida / All purpose flour.
- 1/2 cup Sugar.
- 1/4 cup Orange juice.
- 1/4 cup Oil.
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder.
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda.
- 1/4 cup Curd.
- 2 tsp Orange zest.
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence.
- For orange glaze: 2 tbsp orange juice.
- 1/2 cup confectioners sugar.
- 1/4 tsp orange zest.
Step by step how to cook Glazed Orange Bundt Cake:
- Take the curd and baking soda in a bowl, stir well and make it smooth. Keep aside while you make ready the other ingredients..
- Sieve the flours and baking powder and keep aside..
- Add sugar and oil in the curd mixture and let sugar melt. Add the vanilla essence. Add the dry ingredients into it and make a smooth batter. Add the orange zest and mix gently..
- Grease a cake pan and preheat oven @180° for 10 mins..
