Ingredients for Corn Sweet potato Cutlets:
- 2 medium sized Sweet potatoes.
- 3/4 cup Corn kernels.
- As required Salt.
- 1 tsp Coriander powder.
- 1 tsp Cumin powder.
- As per taste Red chilli powder.
- 1 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves.
- 1 tsp Garam masala.
- As required Oil for shallow frying.
Step by step how to cook Corn Sweet potato Cutlets:
- Rinse well with water sweet potatoes and peel the skin. Boil them in enough water till they become soft. Drain the excess water and mash them thoroughly. Also, boil corn kernels. Crush half of them in a mixer grinder. Add remaining corn kernels to the mashed sweet potatoes. Also, add all the spices mentioned above including salt. Make the mixture into the required shape to form into cutlets..
